Trough his career in Germany, Frank was able to secure a full-scholarship with Drake University within the NCAA D1 Missouri Valley Conference. He was the Starting Point Guard and had the opportunity to compete against a multitude of future NBA players inclduing Damian Lillard and Kawhi Leonard.
